The following is to inform you that amendments to existing regulations and two new regulations under the Divorce Act are now published in the Canada Gazette, Part II:
Guidelines Amending the Federal Child Support Guidelines
Regulations Amending the Central Registry of Divorce Proceedings Regulations
Provincial Child Support Service Regulations
Notice of Relocation Regulations
The regulations are now final, but will come into force on March 1, 2021.
