Child Support Variation Kit – Revised 2011
January 13, 2011

Public Legal Education and Information Service of New Brunswick (PLEIS-NB) is pleased to announce that we have recently revised and reprinted the popular publication entitled "New Brunswick Child Support Variation Kit".

This updated and revised guide is intended to help parents who want to change, or have been asked to change, an existing child support order or agreement.  The revised edition was made possible thanks to funding assistance from the New Brunswick Department of Justice and Consumer Affairs and Justice Canada. Please note that this guide is not applicable in the Saint John region which is using different forms as part of a pilot family court project.

PLEIS-NB is making this publication available to community groups, libraries, courts, transition houses, and other service providers who come into contact with separating parents.

To learn more about the many free publications available from PLEIS-NB or to order copies, visit the website or contact us at 1-506-453-5369 or 1-888-236-2444.
